Recently went with a friend in the movie “Cowboys and Aliens.” From the movie I was expecting very little. Expected to see good special effects and beautiful battles. All this I saw in this film. Even more! Even I can say that it is not a bad story, interesting characters and beautiful scenery.
The film was in my list of expectations. I was immediately interested in this film. Because a lot of movies where the soldiers, Marines fought with aliens (an alien invasion battle for Los Angeles) or ordinary people trying to fight (or rather to escape) from the newcomers (Skyline), but when cowboys and aliens in a movie. It was not yet! Get some blending of two genres: adventure western and science fiction. But the major western genre film!
All movies about aliens with something similar. And this film is not an exception! The final scene (I will not sploirit and so I will not describe this scene) is reminiscent of the “Skyline”. Or the aliens, they are somewhat reminiscent of the same “alien invasion” or even “Transformers 3″.
The film’s director Jon Favreau. He took two parts of “Iron Man.” The so-called shackles on the wrist of the protagonist of the film, which also shoot lasers, reminiscent of that “Iron Man.” Craig practical as well shoot his “hand”, as did Robert Downey Jr..
As for the actors. Three actors can be found at once, without the end credits. This is Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford and Olivia Wilde. One was playing James Bond and the other Indiana Jones and the third played 13 of the Hausa and doctors have played in the movie Tron Legacy. The actors play very well, and not only these! All the actors played great!
Pleased dubbing the film. The characters were very well voiced. Especially liked the voice of characters Vudrova (Harrison Ford) and his son Percy (Paul Dano).
Returning to the newcomers. What is the purpose of not only flew aliens to Earth, and to take our resources and took them people, and so on and so forth, and here to you, came for the gold. Especially since they are not simply picked up, but still melted directly on the earth. The aliens even left his ship somewhere in the desert! Boldly! Oh well!
Outcome:
The film was not a masterpiece! Far from it! But the attention he deserves! The result was not a bad summer blockbuster! As “Iron Man”. Go to the movies on this film is worth. But if these films (with special effects, explosions and aliens, etc.) you prefer to watch a DVD, you can watch this film at home.
And the way to the Cowboys is not only, Marines and ordinary people struggling with the newcomers, but also the Vikings! But this is not so important!
