Невероятно брутального и немногословного одинокого воина. Сыгран образ шикарно. Хотя то и дело появлялось ощущение, что это Джеймс Бонд переодетый в Ковбоя для очередного задания. Было приятно увидеть Харрисона Форда, который выдал самого интересного персонажа ленты. С одной стороны, он отрицательный персонаж. Резкий и даже опасный. С другой же, невероятно добрый и героический воин. Сыграно просто великолепно и я был рад снова увидеть его фирменную ухмылку. Оливия Уайлд сыграла роскошно. Хотя она сильно затерялась на фоне актеров-мужчин. Сэм Рокуэлл просто великолепен. А вот Пол Дано и Ноа Рингер просто ужасные. Последний ничего кроме пухлых щек в ленте не показал. При всём этом, Гарри Грегсон Уильямс выдал достаточно живую, достойную и эффектную работу. Ему отлично удалось адаптировать классическое вестерн звучание и привнести в неё нечто новое, в духе «Сокровищ Нации 2» Тревора Рабина. Музыку обогатило преимущественная игра на духовых и струнных инструментах, которые разбавляли шикарная игра на обычной и электрогитаре. Хоровые элементы всегда были самыми сильными элементами работ Гарри и это тут демонстрируется наглядным образом. В итоге, музыка получилась достаточно динамичной и эффектной. При этом, в нужных моментах даже менялась стилистика звучаний, то одаривая фильм достаточно забавными элементами кантри музыки, то выдавая достаточно жесткую и мрачную музыку.
